We will be explore the foundational and advanced changing methods of all eight animal systems simultaneously, to understand the Hybrid nature of Baguazhang. This class will develop proficiency in strike training, issuing of power, hip rotation and development of torque, as well as learning to develop vortex energy through circle turning methods from all eight animals and variants. Applied footwork and partner drills for positioning and understanding of form and technique. This is a dynamic class which requires cardio and stamina. Anyone who is up for a challenge for an advanced traditional art, is welcome to participate.
